PVC Banner
PVC Banner requires good initial color, high heat resistance, well materials dispersion, and good color retention in long time, especially for light color product, red color, white color. These color easily change in long term, so PVC stabilizer is the key additives to fulfill these requirements. Our liquid Barium Zinc and liquid Barium Cadmium Zinc show strong performance on long-term heat resistance and color retention. It has good processing properties as well.
PVC Leathers
PVC Artificial Leathers requires good initial color, heat resistance, materials dispersion, color retention in long time, especially for light color product, red color, white color. For the foam layer of leather, foam ratio, foaming structure are also key factors to affect the quality. For this application, our Barium Zinc stabilizer systems can perfectly meet the requirements. It shows excellent performance on controlling bubble structure, foaming ratio, and it possesses high heat stability.

PVC pipe has high requirements on whiteness, heat resistance, materials dispersion, color retention in long time, and especially for large diameter products, heat resistance is very important. Our powder Ca-Zn or PT-600, lead based stabilizer can perfectly fulfill these requirements. Lead stabilizer has wider processing windows than powder Ca-Zn, but Ca-Zn is environmentally friendly. But these two materials are perfect match no matter for small diameter or large diameter because of its great quality of lubrication system. The dosage is low, just adding 3-5 PHR is enough to achieve the performance.

PVC profiles has high standard on stabilizer, such as the whiteness, heat resistance, materials dispersion, color retention in long time, especially weather durability. For pvc profiles, we would like to introduce RCZ-718, powder Ca-Zn or PT-600, lead based stabilizer. Lead stabilizer has wider processing windows than powder Ca-Zn, but Ca-Zn is environmentally friendly. These two materials are perfect match no matter for small diameter or large diameter because of its great quality of lubrication system. And it has great properties of weather durability, which is very important for outdoor products.
PVC Cables and Wires
PVC cable and wire stabilizer is more about the heat stability, copper corrosion, color retention, whiteness(especially for white color cable and wire). And for high speed production line, good lubrication system matters a lot. Otherwise, you will face many problems such as: plate out, getting yellow, low resistivity and so on. At this situation, we would like to introduce our CZ-560, powder Ca-Zn or DC-330, lead based stabilizer. Lead stabilizer has wider processing windows than powder Ca-Zn, but Ca-Zn is environmentally friendly. These two materials are perfect match no matter for colorful or white color cable and wire because of wide range processing window. The stabilizer dosage is low, just adding 3-6 PHR is enough to achieve the best performance, depending on how much filler is in the formulation.
