Chlorinated polyethylene is a kind of saturated polymer material, which has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance. At the same time, it also has good oil resistance, flame retardancy and coloring performance. It has good toughness and still has flexibility at -30°C. It has good compatibility with other polymer materials and a relatively high decomposition temperature. CPE is mainly applied in the following fields:
Wire and cable: It is used in cables for coal mines and wires specified in standards such as UL and VDE.
Hydraulic hose: CPE has good oil resistance and heat resistance and is suitable for manufacturing hydraulic hoses.
Automotive hose: In automotive manufacturing, CPE can be used to manufacture automotive hoses, such as brake hoses and fuel hoses.
